Heart-Shaped Vegan Bruschetta

INGREDIENTS
- 1 baguette (or sourdough bread)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze (or balsamic vinegar)
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Vegan butter (optional, for toasting)
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut baguette into heart shapes and brush with olive oil.
- Toast for 8–10 mins until golden.
- Mix tomatoes, garlic, basil, balsamic glaze, olive oil, salt & pepper. Let sit 10 mins.
- Spoon topping onto toasted hearts. Drizzle extra balsamic glaze.
- Garnish with basil & serve!
