INGREDIENTS
- 1 loaf French bread, halved lengthwise
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- ½ cup vegan cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- ¼ cup sliced olives, bell peppers, or mushrooms
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread pizza sauce on each half of the bread.
- Sprinkle with vegan cheese and toppings.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle oregano.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly!
