
Spicy Sriracha Lime Potato Chips

INGREDIENTS
- 2 large potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice potatoes thinly (about 1/8 inch) using a sharp knife or mandoline.
- Toss chips in a bowl with olive oil, sriracha, lime juice, paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
- Spread evenly on the baking sheet, ensuring they don’t overlap.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
