
Crispy Tofu Satay Skewers with Peanut Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 block firm tofu, cubed

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp sriracha
-
1 tbsp lime juice
-
1 tbsp cornstarch

Peanut Sauce:
-
¼ cup peanut butter
-
1 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp lime juice
-
1 tbsp maple syrup
-
1 tsp sriracha
-
2 tbsp water (to thin)
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Marinate tofu in soy sauce, maple syrup, sriracha, and lime juice for 20 minutes.

Toss in cornstarch and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes or air-fry at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes.

Whisk peanut sauce ingredients together.

Skewer tofu cubes and serve with sauce!
