Crispy Tofu Satay Skewers with Peanut Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 block firm tofu, cubed

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp sriracha

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

  • Peanut Sauce:

  • ¼ cup peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp sriracha

  • 2 tbsp water (to thin)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Marinate tofu in soy sauce, maple syrup, sriracha, and lime juice for 20 minutes.

  • Toss in cornstarch and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes or air-fry at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes.

  • Whisk peanut sauce ingredients together.

  • Skewer tofu cubes and serve with sauce!
