Climate Diet Targets Young Adults for Climate Education Initiative to worried teens

Recent Surveys of nearly 16,000 youth showed 80% aged 16-25 are worried about climate change impacts, and enough to influence major life decisions, such as where to live, job choices, and plans to have children. The study also found that most respondents do not believe governments are doing enough to reduce emissions. This climate anxiety has propelled Climate Diet’s efforts to offer its Power of Food Educator’s Tool kit to schools nationwide, and it is being used selectively in Washington, DC, according to Climate Diet’s CEO Jane DeMarines.
