Spicy Sriracha Lime Potato Chips

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice potatoes thinly (about 1/8 inch) using a sharp knife or mandoline.
  • Toss chips in a bowl with olive oil, sriracha, lime juice, paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Spread evenly on the baking sheet, ensuring they don’t overlap.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Cool slightly and enjoy!
